As a client of ABSOLUTECLEAN there needs to be strong communication with me, Leslie Potts, about bookings for vacation rentals and when cleans need to be done. Last minute cleans are popular and a phone call is much appreciated to inform me right away that the clean needs to be added to my schedule. It is important to email me all cleaning dates. I would like to have bookings emailed to me with both the check-in date and the check-out date. I understand that having the units cleaned as soon as possible after guest check-out is important so the unit is ready for a last minute booking. I understand that many of my clients have been mistreated by past cleaning companies and fear the guest will check-in to a dirty unit. I want all of my clients to understand that my business is important to me and I will do my best to make you happy and to not let you down. I ask each of my clients to have faith in me and give me the check-in date and check-out date of each clean and call me when there is a last minute booking. I will respond back to emails after cleans are put on my calendar. If you do not receive a reply email from me after sending me cleaning dates, then I may have not received the email. It should work as an easy system of me receiving your email with new bookings and cleaning dates, and you receiving a reply email from me each time.
